1Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the services, you accept these terms on behalf of your organization and confirm that you have the authority to make such a commitment. If a separate written agreement has been signed (for example, for an enterprise plan), that agreement prevails in case of conflict.
2User account
The organization's account admin is responsible for defining users, roles, and permissions. Each user is responsible for keeping their password confidential and keeping two-factor sign-in enabled.
3Free trial
The trial lasts 14 days, and up to 5 users get all apps. After it ends, the account becomes read-only and data is kept for 30 days. No amount is charged without your explicit purchase.
4Plan, payment, and renewal
The price of each plan is published on the pricing page. Annual or monthly payment is made before the period begins, and an official invoice is issued.
There is no automatic renewal; we send reminders 30, 14, and 3 days before the period ends. Price increases apply only from the next period and with prior notice.
5Refunds and cancellation
Refund terms are stated in the written contract of each plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep full access until then. The cost of professional services (migration, on-site training) is non-refundable once performed.
6Acceptable use
Use the services only for your own lawful business purposes. The following are prohibited:
7Intellectual property
The software, design, and the Flosa name and logo belong to Flosa, and this agreement gives you only the right to use them during the subscription. The forms, reports, and workflows you build yourself, and all recorded data, belong to your organization.
8Data and export
You own your data, and how it is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. At any time, including 30 days after cancellation, you can get a full export. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.
9Availability and support
The availability commitment, planned maintenance, and remedies for service level breaches are stated in each company's contract or support plan. Service status is published on the status page.
10Limitation of liability
We make a professional effort to provide a stable and secure service. Nevertheless, Flosa's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before that claim, and Flosa is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, except in cases of willful misconduct or breach of confidentiality obligations.
11Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. Flosa may suspend an account only in case of a serious breach of these terms or non-payment, and after a 14-day written period to cure. In every case, the 30-day window to export your data is preserved.
12Governing law and dispute resolution
The governing law and dispute resolution forum are set in the regional agreement for your country and company. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached within 30 days, through the forum designated in that agreement.
13Changes to the terms
We notify you of material changes 30 days before they take effect, by email and an in-panel notice. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel before they take effect and get a refund for the unused portion of the period.
